JEANNE HOPKINS, Founder & President
Jeanne combines more than 20 years of training and consulting experience to executives, individuals and organizations worldwide, with her qualifications in Energy Training and Life Technology, to help people of all ages learn who they are, what their potentials are, and what they can do with the wisdom they inherently have readily available.
She launched her first business right after high school graduation and created a successful artistic wholesale & retail manufacturing business in Alaska. After that first entrepreneurial experience, she went on to earn a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, and then embarked upon a successful corporate life. With experience in numerous aspects of business development, operations management and strategic planning, Jeanne improved organizational structure, operational efficiency and increased profitability in start-up, growth and larger organizations.
After injuring her back in a car accident in 1997, Jeanne was left with a decision to undergo a risky surgery involving fusing vertebrae together... or to find alternative ways to heal her back. With encouragement from her neurosurgeon, she began researching and practicing natural healing methods... and eventually healed her back, naturally. She has since studied with several top experts and teachers in a range of natural wellness methods and healing disciplines; and often found herself in the role of adviser for others.
After an early retirement from the aerospace industry, she formed a consulting firm for business and individual clients, while continuing to grow her unique artistic talent and influence throughout the western states. Devoted to lifelong learning and growing by expanding one's capacity, Jeanne is driven toward a future full of genuinely healthy, happy, peaceful and successful people who learn about and participate in natural potentials. Her goal with founding the floe4life company was to help do just that, which has lead to an even bigger goal and vision in the Life Energy Unlimited company.
She has worked with hundreds of leaders, teams and individuals to see beyond what constrains them in their situation, to identify what it is they really want and to learn and use the tools they need to powerfully go out and get it. Her clients have learned how to increase their levels of energy, develop sustainable health, balance emotions, achieve goals beyond their expectations, and enjoy a happy life. Earning her credentials as an Energy Instructor was just the beginning, as she continues to train in Energy and Life Technology with the Academy of Potential Education, accredited in both the UK and New Zealand, to help bring more tools to more people.
Jeanne also helps out by volunteering in various capacities for many charities and non-profit organizations throughout her life, including Habitat for Humanity, Humane Society, food banks, women’s shelters, community gardens, community assist programs, youth and family programs, special events and fundraisers, and the Health Rejuvenation Programme for Multiple Sclerosis in China. She's also served as a founding team member for The Inspirational Learning Academy, and on the Board of Directors for Women’s Enterprise Foundation in Phoenix.

A true believer and example of persuing one's passions, Eileen abandoned an enviably successful 25 year corporate marketing career in October 2000 to actualize her vision of creating a business that improves the quality of life for dogs and the people that love them. That's when she pioneered the dog daycare industry in Phoenix, AZ. Over the next seven years, as Top Dog of It's A Ruff Life!, she set the standard for pet services businesses across the country, expanded to multiple locations, led the company to numerous awards and recognitions for business excellence, and ultimately sold it at the height of its popularity.
In 2005, Eileen launched Top Dog Business Boosters as a means of sharing the proven success strategies, programs and tools that have positioned her as leader of the pack. Through informational and inspirational seminars, workshops, and coaching programs, her company responds to the distinctive needs of small business owners and entrepreneurs. As the Top Dog of Visibility, she has earned a well deserved reputation for keeping clients top of mind… and top of wallet… to their customers and prospects.
Eileen is a published author and nationally coveted media personality. In addition to appearing on TV, radio and in print hundreds of times over the past decade, she’s also combined her passions and talents as the charismatic host of her own radio (The Small Business Power Hour) and web-TV (FURvently Speaking) programs. A professional member of the National Speakers Association, she is nationally renowned as The Event Energizer, elevating the results of conferences, special events and fundraisers to new heights of success and enjoyment for organizers and attendees alike, and for delivering inspirational, provocative and entertaining keynotes, workshops and seminars to business organizations and special interest groups,
Eileen has personally been recognized as a Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Small Business Person of the Year (2006), WP Carey Spirit of Enterprise Emerging Enterpreneur (2004), National Association of Women Business Owners Pioneer of the Year (2008), ABWA Scottsdale Express Network Woman of the Community (2004), and as an Athena Award nominee on numerous occasions. She has proudly served on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau (BBB - Central/Northern Arizona), Valley Youth Theatre (VYT), National Speakers Association (NSA-Arizona), National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-Phoenix), Women's Enterprise Foundation (WEF), and Phoenix Animal Care Coalition (PACC911) where she spearheads marketing, public relations and fund raising efforts for dozens of animal welfare organizations throughout the Greater Phoenix area.
